Social media data policy
UrbanTVs allow its users to integrate or link social media account of their business, e.g Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter page. By integrating their social media account with UrbanTVs, user’s posts will be shown in their displays.
When authorizing Facebook or Instagram with UrbanTVs, these platforms ask for the user’s permission to authorize UrbanTVs for public posts fetching. These posts may include the photos, status, likes, and basic page information like profile picture and (unique) page name, to be shown on the user’s feed.
Purpose of data collection
The data or feed that we collect for any social media account is solely used to be displayed on their UrbanTVs, it’s not collected nor traded or otherwise transfer to outside parties.
For how long we keep the data:
We do not collect any data from any social media integrations. After user tokens are expired, data is erased.
Revoking their social media integration:
If you integrate Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter pages by mistake, you can unlink it from the particular social media tab on the Social Media page. Note that you can request us to remove any information that was taken from any social media account that you linked previously.
